To get the very best of these, it is recommended to use over a WHITE TACKY base, apply with a soft, fluffy brush making sure to press the pigments in. Perfect for a pastel ombre french!
Picture shows swatches by Sarah from NSQ UK, swatched over a good quality white, sticky gel polish cured for 30 secs, then sealed using a good top coat in a floating motion so you don't drag the pigment off. Under daylight lamp and outside in the sun!
