Boudoir Collection - Sparkle FX pigments

Sparkle FX pigments - can be mixed with clear or applied over a tacky layer.

Remove excess particles gently with a soft brush & for longevity gently file free edge then apply a bonder (optional) and a clear BIAB or sticky base coat, then seal well with topcoat using a floating motion.
