Blooming gel works by dispersing colours into the wet layer to create a beautiful watercolour inspired designs.
Apply in a thin, even layer, add your colour drops with a dotting tool or detailer brush. Work quickly and allow design to bloom and then fully cure for 60 secs LED or 2 mins UV lamp. Top coat to seal the design.
